review & release
an admin reviews an uploaded build and approves it before publishing that version in the game catalogue.
registration approval
submit your registration from the game page. an admin must approve it before build submission, approval or publication. you can develop and upload packages while waiting. saving changes to an approved registration requires approval again; the published version and running games stay available. withdrawals, build denials and disabling remain available.
upload and verify
upload output/game.sometimes.json. verification checks the manifest, assets, isolated initialization, roster handler and projections with one and twenty players. a passing report is not admin approval.
submit for review
an admin checks code, capabilities, privacy, controls and behavior. they can deny a build with feedback or approve the digest. admins may review their own games; developer access alone does not allow approval. use a new version for fixes.
publication
an admin separately publishes the approved build. it appears in the chat catalogue. admins can publish an earlier approved version for new rooms, or disable the game. disabling removes it and stops active rooms on their next host check.
